Please read this document carefully before using the 5326 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to abide by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5326 platform — including the website, mobile application, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 5326 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
This platform is for users aged 18 and above only. By using 5326, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 5326 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or closure of your account without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account login details. 5326 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your login information.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- Sharing or transferring your account to any other party is strictly prohibited.
- You must notify the 5326 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- 5326 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with platform policies.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 5326 platform, you agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. You may not use this platform for any illegal activity or any activity that may cause harm to others.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension or closure of your account:
- Using software or automated methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the operations of the 5326 system.
- Using a false identity or impersonating another user.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
- Using the 5326 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
5326 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 5326 platform are processed in MYR (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to you.
The 5326 platform supports a range of Malaysian local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and FPX direct banking. Each method has its own minimum limits and processing times, which are subject to change.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal verification process and will be processed within standard business hours.
- 5326 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms.
- Any fees or charges imposed by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Winnings and account balance cannot be transferred to other users or accounts.
5326 does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method at all times and reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any payment method without prior notice.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 5326 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5326 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, service interruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or data corruption. Users access the 5326 platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5326 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of 5326 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from 5326.

The 5326 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 5326 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access these links entirely at your own risk.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
5326 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or at 5326's sole discretion. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious breaches of these terms, any associated account balance may be forfeited.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the 5326 support team at [email protected]. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification and compliance with terms.
Changes to These Terms
5326 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the 5326 platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the 5326 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
